A few of the projects we've worked on.
Supported a client building a landing page with Claude Code — setting up GitHub, Cloudflare, CI/CD, and MCP configuration alongside them. We built out the full development environment and workflow together, enabling LP production with Claude Design, all the way through to launching the finished web page.
Built a matching app for a specific industry, connecting suppliers and buyers, using React Native (Expo), Next.js, and Supabase. Handled everything from requirements definition through implementation and release — including helping a non-engineer team member adopt Cursor, pairing on frontend development, and code review, while shaping the development process itself.
Replaced the frontend and backend of a business tool that uses AI to analyze images (excluding the AI analysis logic itself). Also built new features: a results dashboard, preprocessing optimization, analysis features using random forest and similar methods, Stripe payment integration, and AWS S3 integration. Used tools like Cursor throughout to efficiently improve and extend the existing service.
